Very kind service, but still seem to be working out the kinks. Not sure if under new ownership or management, but struggled with some of the basics. Local reviewers or those who live in the area may offer better insight, but for the price, must be better options. I will say, the setting and service were very good!

We came here for lunch. Unfortunately, they have designated times they serve food. We had just finished fishing and were so hungry too. The least they could do was serve appetizers in between times. They only serve drinks during these designated times. We had the drinks but service was sloooooowwww and it wasn't at all busy, only about five others were there.

This restaurant sits on the bank of Henry's Fork River, with good views from both the bar and restaurant. They have a huge outdoor deck overlooking the river, but the sun was a little too hot to eat outside when we were there. My husband had the barbecue ribs dinner and I had a 10 oz. Ribeye. The dinner salads were larger and better quality than most. My dinner was perfect. .. steak cooked to a perfect medium rare as I asked, wonderful real mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and a zucchini, yellow squash medley. My husband's dinner also very good although the ribs were a little sweeter and fattier than desired. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating: Kevin, Chris, Zach & Jay. Since their new chef Chris came on board earlier this year, their food is once again commendable.

Amazing setting and view - the reason we stopped here. The food was below average - none of the home town love we were hoping for. The cream of broccoli soup was disgusting and had a pudding consistency - how do you mess that up?? Even the burger was weird. Would never go back.

We were looking forward to breakfast at the Anglers but after standing and waiting to be seated for 5 minutes while the servers were no where to be found we turned and walked away. Did I mention there was only two other tables in the place so it's not like they were busy. I hope this was a one time thing but I don't know if I will ever find out.

Pretty descent food, excellent service, and very nice environment. Glad we stopped by. Wasn't too crazy about their Bison burger, but the sever warned me it is sweet meet. I just didn't expect it to be that sweet! The service was excellent!

Should be two and a half. Great patio overlooking the henry's fork, and best service (in the summer, when Peter is there) in the area for sure. Food is very hit and miss, but did enjoy the buffalo steak and baked potato I had last time. Skip the trout almondine at all costs. Great authentic fishing lodge (all wood beams, etc) atmosphere.
